We are experiencing higher than usual call volumes and we do not have anyone available to sit by the phone.  If you would like to inquire about new service please contact us through our website.  The person returning calls is also driving trucks and emptying cans.  Please be patient and we will get to everyone asap.  Thank you!

BYB Trash Service is a locally owned, family operated business,  that has been providing garbage collection to Wears Valley TN since February 2011.  We empty the cans by hand so we do require that all garbage must be bagged and tied for collection, and any cardboard to be broken down flat.
